Shipping Costs & Delivery Countries

We have made our shipping costs fair and clear.

Germany

Within Germany, shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order. The exact amount will be clearly displayed in the checkout. Shipping costs start from €6.99.

EU (European Union)

We deliver to the entire EU. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order and will be clearly displayed in the checkout. Shipping costs generally start from €14.99.

Non-EU (e.g., Switzerland, United Kingdom & Worldwide)

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the order and will be displayed at checkout. Shipping from €16.99.

Delivery Times

We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Your package usually leaves our studio within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment.

The estimated delivery times for DHL are:

  • Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Austria & other EU countries: 3–8 business days

  • Switzerland & United Kingdom: 3–12 business days (depending on customs processing, which is beyond our control)

Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

Customs & Import Duties (Outside the EU)

An important note for our customers outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, United Kingdom):

Additional costs may apply to deliveries to countries outside the European Union. These may include import duties, taxes (such as national VAT), or processing fees from shipping service providers.

These fees are determined and collected by the respective country of receipt. They are not calculated or collected by Kaatusha's Studio and must be borne by the recipient upon receipt of the package.

Please inquire with your local customs office about potential costs before placing your order to avoid any surprises.

Tracking

Where is my package right now? As soon as your order has been lovingly packed and has left our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This will contain your DHL tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

Packaging

We attach great importance to ensuring that not only the content but also the packaging is right. We try to ship as environmentally friendly as possible, use recyclable materials, and avoid unnecessary plastic wherever possible.
