Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take? We usually ship your order within 1–2 business days after payment is received. With DHL, delivery within Germany typically takes another 2–4 days.

Where do you deliver? We deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, as well as selected EU and non-EU countries.

Can I track my shipment? Yes! As soon as your package leaves our studio, you will receive an email with the DHL tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return items? Yes, you can return items to us within 14 days of receipt. However, please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Important for Cosmetics & Perfumes: Please understand that we can only accept returns for hygiene products (creams, perfumes, lipsticks, etc.) if they are in their original packaging and the hygiene seal (foil/sticker) is intact. Opened care products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Are your products original?
Yes, all our products are 100% original. We place great emphasis on quality and carefully inspect our products before they go on sale. You can be sure that you will only receive original goods from us.

How do I get my money back? Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of shipment, to the original payment method used.
